Rotherham/Doncaster Radio

Les currently presents a weekday show on Rotherham Radio between 10am and 1pm. He loves to bring you "3 Random Facts of the Day", "A Windback Record" and "The Lunchtime Sing-a-long". 

 

In addition to this, Les also covers "The Big Drive Home" and other shows on Rotherham Radio's sister station Doncaster Radio on a regular basis. 

Les also presented the weekend breakfast show on Rotherham Radio from 7am - 10am every Saturday and Sunday from August 2022 until May 2023. He started off your weekend with a chilled start to your day and the perfect selection of the biggest hits and company.

The BIG Saturday Night Party

In November 2019, Les began a syndicated radio show which began initially as a free to air service to stations around the globe. After being snapped up by over 40+ stations within weeks, Les ran the show until January 2021 as a free service until it then became a paid for weekly subscription radio show.  

 

Each weekly episode included "The Sing-a-long Section", "Your Top 3" , "30 minutes of Non Stop Music" and "The Hits from 1 Decade". 

 

This show was played out for over two years on five radio stations across the UK between 8pm and 11pm every Saturday night up until May 2023.

CityLIVE Radio

Les presented a great hour of music from 6pm called "That 60s Sound" and then another hour of fantastic tunes from 7pm called "That 70s Sound" every Sunday evening since before Covid until early 2023.

Radio Leyland

Les played a fantastic mix of your favourite 70s music every Tuesday evening

on Radio Leyland for over a two year period.

 

He had various features on the show including: "Your Top 3", "The Motown Section", "The Windback Record" and "The Number 2's of the 70s"  between 7pm - 9pm

 

Radio Leyland broadcasts on 104.8FM, online via www.RadioLeyland.co.uk and on your Smart Device.

VITA Radio

Les played 'Just Great 60s', 'Just Great 70s' and 'Just Great Songs' every weeknight from 6pm - 10pm on VITA Radio.

 

Les also presented Sunday morning breakfast from 6am - 9am.

 

VITA Radio was available on DAB in Manchester, online and on your Smart Device.

Zetland FM, Redcar

Les presented "The BIG Saturday Night Party" on Zetland FM every Saturday from 8pm-11pm. 

​

Les has also presented Saturday & Sunday morning breakfast 

across Redcar & Cleveland on 105FM. Weekend breakfast included 'The Best Music in the Morning' 

plus a Mystery Birthday and a look at the International Days of the Year too!

​

In addition to this in 2017, Les also co-hosted the Saturday Night Party from 8pm - 11pm every Saturday night

Delux Radio

Les presented Saturday & Sunday morning breakfast 

online and on the cruise ships in which it supplies.

​

Weekend breakfast included 'The Best Music in the Morning' plus a Mystery Birthday and a look at the International Days of the Year too!

Radio Stitch

Les was Station Manager at Radio Stitch, managing a team of volunteers and working 

with the station's Trustees and the NHS Trust.

​

Radio Stitch is the hospital radio station for the North Tees & Hartlepool NHS Trust.
